If you become a customer, we also keep the details needed to deliver and support your installation — your full address, the design agreed, payment records, and notes about the lighting installed at your property so we can maintain it and re-install it in future seasons.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site, including advertising measurement tools provided by Meta (Facebook) and Google. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the business — our website and form host, our email provider, our payment provider, and our accountant. Where we work with installers or subcontractors, they receive only the details needed to carry out work at your property.
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you remain a customer and for six years afterwards, which is the period we're required to retain financial records.
